We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all cities and towns in Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door.
- JazzCash — mobile wallet payment at checkout.
- EasyPaisa — mobile wallet payment at checkout.
For COD orders, please ensure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery. Our courier partner will collect payment on our behalf. A 4% government tax (2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax) is withheld by the courier on COD transactions and is non-refundable in the event of a return.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas (Gilgit-Baltistan, interior Balochistan, FATA): up to 7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. Karkhano Markets is not liable for courier delays after dispatch.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
We offer a 15-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and damage claims — claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

8. Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation by WhatsApp at 03003969790 before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
